1 Bedroom Apartment in Ochsenfurt
Preserving the charm of the 1960s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective, that was our wish when, in 2017/18, we extensively renovated our "Nr. 16" house together with our architects. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a wonderful view of the Main valley and the medieval old town. We are pleased that our apartments have been included in the Architecturals 2019.

the apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the house, but is due to the hillside felt on the first floor It consists of a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchenette. The balcony extends over the whole south side of the house and offers a wide view over the gardens of the quiet residential area and the southern Maindreieck with less than a kilometer away from the medieval center of Ochsenfurts. This view can also be enjoyed from the comfortable box spring bed in the spacious bedroom, when the two double doors to the balcony are opened. On the sofa bed in the living / dining room, if necessary, one to two more guests can stay overnight. Unless the varied gastronomy of the region is tried out, a kitchenette is available for preparing smaller meals. These can then be enjoyed on the elevated dining table with 4 bar stools or on the balcony.
